Our applications are full featured and provide our users with practical ways to do day to day operations. In business for over 14 years, we have a multitude of installed applications with the following functionality:

Music Teacher is the latest little application designed for Microsoft Access 2003 or higher. Music Teacher is designed for the private music instructor in mind. The full version of the application allows management of virtually unlimited students. We offer a free version that is limited to five students. Music Teacher will assist the instructor in keeping track of students in several ways. The instructor can create a contact record for each student which includes the students address, phone number, email address, length of lesson and the rate for each lesson. The Lesson Scheduler is probably the most useful portion of the application. This is where lessons are actually scheduled. The instructor can view each day and immediately see who is scheduled and what time they are scheduled. The student schedules have a status field that allows the instructor to "mark" the lesson as complete. These individual scheduled lesson is part of the "Lesson Log" which records and reports completed lessons and income generated for each lesson. The instructor can print a report that shows completed lessons and a summary of income generated by the lessons. This is a valuable tools for tax reporting. Income reports are reported based on a start date and an end date so the instructor can view income generated from any time frame. Explore this site as see for yourself.
