The
Lesson Scheduler is what this application is all about. It allows the
instructor to create lesson schedules for each student. Lessons can be
scheduled either one at a time or by recurrences. For instance, if a student
purchases a 16 week package, the instructor can schedule all 16 weekly
lessons at once. The Scheduler has a print function to print the lesson
schedule for the current day. The Scheduler allows the instructor to get
a quick view of currently scheduled lessons so that he/she may be able
to fit new students into an already busy schedule. The scheduled lessons
are displayed in chronological order. To change the Status of a lesson
from 'Pending' to 'Complete', simply double-click on the scheduled lesson
in the list to open the 'Lesson Log'. This will allow you to annotate
anything about the lesson and also set the Status to 'Complete'. See the
Lesson Log link for more information. The 'Print Today's Schedule' button
only lists 'Pending' lessons.
